Baby Gender Predictor
Posted by in Pregnancy on February 2nd, 2010
If you were wondering about selecting/choosing/predicting gender of your future baby, read the following. Some parents would like to have baby girl or baby boy for different reasons. I’ll try to give you information about how possible is this with simple techniques that you can easily perform at home, that are easy, safe and natural, without any risk. What if there will be a method called “baby gender predictor”?
First of all, if a woman’s PH level is predisposed to be highly acidic, she is more likely to have a girl. This is due to high acid levels killing off high numbers of male (Y chromosome sperm) sperm, but leaving female (X chromosome sperm) sperm unaffected. On the other hand if a woman’s PH level is predisposed to be highly alkaline, she is far more likely to have a boy. This is in large part due to the fact that high alkaline levels are harmful to female sperm, but harmless to male sperm. Also, ovulation timing is a critical factor as well. The good news is…it’s easy to know when you are ovulating. You can learn it from Ashley Spencer’s baby’s gender selection method.
But of course PH level is not the only factor affecting the gender of your baby. There are lots of factors that are affecting and another one is what you eat – your diet. As an example whether you eat snacks and party foods OR dairy products & orange juice may result in having a baby girl or baby boy.
Next, do you and your partner have simultaneous orgasm or may be woman doesn’t have an orgasm? These and other details about your sex would also affect the gender of your baby.

In Ashley Spencer’s baby gender prediction method it is also shown how any woman can dramatically increase her fertility with ease. By the way, if PH level affects gender of your baby so much, what can be done to change your PH level – with baby gender predictor it’s easy! If you don’t have an orgasm as a female it can be also solved also easily.
Which factors do NOT affect your baby’s gender?
These are your or your partner’s age, regularity/non-regularity of your cycle, current number of children and their gender, medications currently being taken, nationality and race!

Gender Selection – How to Conceive a Baby Girl
Posted by in Pregnancy on January 21st, 2010
Every wonder if gender selection was possible? In particular, did you ever wonder if you could conceive a baby girl by choice? Then good thing you found this article. In this article, you will learn that gender selection is actually possible. Using certain methods, you can greatly increase the chances of conceiving a baby girl! Read on to find out more.
To get the most from the tips discussed, we must first discuss a little bit of sex education. When we were children in grade school or high school, we were taught that the female egg contains something called a X chromosome. Similarly, the sperm excreted from the male partner, can contain either a X or Y chromosome. So how exactly is a female baby formed? Well a female baby is formed when a X chromosome carrying sperm fertilizes the egg (we will call it the female producing sperm from here onwards). The reason the tips below work, is because of specific behavioural differences between a female producing sperm and male producing sperm. The female producing sperm, is by nature a lot slower than the male producing ones. However, on the other hand, the female producing sperm can live a lot longer in the vaginal tract than the male producing ones. They have a much higher resistance to the acidity.
Knowing the above characteristics of the female versus male producing sperm, we come to our first tip. When is the best time to conceive a girl? The best time to attempt to conceive a baby girl would be 2-3 days before the female is ovulating. The reason is because if the sperm is deposited in the vaginal tract 2-3 days before ovulation, there is a higher chance that most of the male producing sperm will die off before the egg is released. This will give you a much greater ratio of live female sperm giving you a very good chance of conceiving your dream baby girl.

How to Determine Gender of the Baby
Posted by in Pregnancy on November 22nd, 2009
According to medical science, a pregnancy is first a zygote, then an embryo, then a foetus and only after birth, a baby. But for the hopeful couples, a pregnancy is viewed as a future mother. Studies reveal that 50% of women pregnancy is unplanned. In developing and underdeveloped countries this percentage is more than 90%. That is the reason why they are producing as many children in one year as the total population of some developed countries.
But now more and more educated women are choosing to abort, and in many societies they are supported in their decision. Governments of some countries are also encouraging birth control methods to control the growth of the population.
The units of fertilization contributed by each parent are called Gametes. The male gametes are sperm produced by the testes and the female gametes are eggs, or ova produced by the ovaries. The sex the zygote is determined at the time of fertilization since all ova contain an X-sex chromosome. So, the male’s sperm is the determining factor. If it contains an X- chromosome, the zygote will be female (XX) but if it contains a Y- chromosome, the zygote will be male (XY).
Although there is no reliable method of ensuring that a baby is of the desired sex, yet folk nostrums and quack remedies abound in many societies because many people would like to choose the sex of their baby. In many societies, boys are usually preferred to girls.
There are some old wives tales to ensure that your baby is either a boy or a girl. Some are a little odd, while some seem as though they may have a bit of truth to them. According to these tales, mothers carrying boys have a high belly. Most of their pregnancy weight will be in the belly if they are carrying boys in their wombs. Mothers carrying girls will report to be pregnant all over with a larger, lower belly.
According to some other tales, the heart rate of the baby is said to be a predictor of gender. The tale goes that baby boys have a slower heart rate then baby girls. One such myth is having coitus in a certain position or at certain times of the menstrual cycle. Such myths are popular throughout the world. One of the oldest beliefs is that one testicle contains sperm producing only girls, and the other holds sperm that produce only boys. But these are only myths holding no truth in them.

At-Home Theories On Baby Gender Selection
Posted by in Pregnancy on September 25th, 2009
Naturally, some parents will want a girl for the first-born the same way that some will hope for a boy. Unfortunately, nature cannot offer a method which will help manipulate your baby’s gender. Just like using a baby gender test to determine your baby’s gender, determining baby sex remains a 50/50 proposition, except of course for artificial insemination, . Nevertheless, there are some theories which are believed to help manipulate baby gender. Below, we have identified some at-home propositions believed to help manipulate baby gender.
The Shettle’s Method – The theory is based on the idea that the sperm which contains Y chromosomes move faster than those which contain X chromosome. This technique recommends that if you want a baby girl, having sexual contact everyday – from the last day of the woman’s menstrual period until about 3 days prior to ovulation – will help increase the chances of conceiving one. The Shettle’s method further states that the missionary position to facilitate sperm deposit closer to the entrance of the vagina.
The O+12 Method – This technique was developed by a woman who was desperate enough to conceive a girl after having six sons. The method proposes having sexual intercourse approximately 12 hours after ovulation will conceive a girl. The proponent of this theory was successful and finally gave birth to a girl on her seventh pregnancy.
The Whelan Method – This technique somehow contradicts what the Shettle’s theory states. Dr. Elizabeth Whelan, propenent of the Whelan Method posts it that Shettle’s method bases its assumptions on studies which are related to artificial insemination. She opposes Dr. Shettle’s by saying that couples who try to conceive the natural and old-fashioned way are more likely to have a baby girl especially when intercourse is done during a time close to ovulation.
Chinese Conception Chart – Also known as the Chinese Birth Chart is an at-home gender selection technique for couples who want to have a baby girl. The technique uses a chart which cross-references the baby’s date of conception and the mother’s current age. Studies have claimed that the chart is 90% accurate but still found no conclusive proof to date about how the method exactly works. If you plan of using this method, note that when calculating, the month of conception can be achieved using the Chinese lunar month while the mother’s age can be derived through her lunar age.
Over-the-counter medications and dietary supplements – it is believed that taking certain medications as well as supplements can help increase your chances of conceiving a girl. A good example for this is the Lydia Pinkham’s Herbal Compound. This supplement is said to help women conceive a baby girl by creating an acidic environment around the vagina which makes the sperm carrying Y chromosomes difficult to survive.
If you intend to use any of these methods, note that none of these techniques have been proven to be 100% sure. The same way that some couples use a free baby gender test to find out about their baby’s gender during the early weeks, the methods stated above lack of scientific basis.

You cannot choose the sex of your Baby unless you understand these key facts
Posted by in Pregnancy on September 20th, 2009
First and foremost, you want a healthy baby. That goes without saying. Yet, a surprising number of people are also desperate to choose the sex of their baby. However, discovering the truth about this issue is a difficult path, full of myth and hype. Want to learn the truth about how to choose sex of baby? Read on..
First, lets get the basic science out of the way. The baby will be a boy if the egg is fertilized by a sperm with a Y chromosome. If the sperm has an X chromosome, it will be a girl. That is just plain science and nobody can get around it.
However, there are a couple of things you can do to influence the sex of the baby. Some of these things work better than others. You must understand though, nothing is 100% certain unless you go the medical route, in which case you’re talking about very expensive procedures that are most likely not covered by insurance, such as sperm analysis of the donor to determine the X and Y. Not cheap at all.
One method has to do with the bodies Ph. It is believed by many that the X chromosome survives better in an acidic environment. Thus, a lot of women will try vinegar douches before intercourse. So if you want to have a boy, avoid an acidic diet, so lay off the coffee, tea and salad dressings. Definetly not fool proof, but couples have had success with this method.
You could also consider the Shettles method. According to Shettles, have intercourse no more than 24 hours before ovulation to have a boy. To have a girl, have intercourse no more than 12 hours past ovulation. Success figures for this method are about 68%. Whilst this figure is not to be sniffed at, remeber that your chances of having a child of either sex is 50-50.
Hate needles? Can’t afford thousands of dollars on treatment? Why not consider instead an affordable ‘choose baby sex’ product that is based solely upon an in depth understanding of how a woman’s body works?

Genetic Birth Defects: Learn Everything You Need To Know
Posted by in Pregnancy on September 16th, 2009
Most couples get a little uncomfortable to confront the chances of a birth defect during pregnancy. However, if you are planning to get pregnant soon, it is very important that you keep yourself knowledgeable about why, how and what causes genetic birth defects. Having enough knowledge about this birth abnormality can help you prevent your baby from having one.
Most birth defects are genetic in nature. Birth defects are irregularities of the function and structure of the baby. More often than not, birth defects are passed on from the parents. In some cases, they are caused by several environmental hazards to which the mother was exposed to during pregnancy. To date, around 4,000 birth defects have been discovered. Birth defects vary in intensity and in types. For some, it can come in the form of physical abnormalities. For others, it can result to developmental delays. For a few, it can cause death. The sad part is that all genetic birth defects usually cause physical and emotional hardships not only to the patient but to the parents as well.
Genetic birth defects can be passed down through different ways. It can be passed on by the father. It can also be passed on by the mother. In some cases, it can even be passed on by both. Below, we will discuss the three ways to pass on birth defect.
Recessive inheritance – In this case, the mother and the father need to have a faulty gene in order for the defect to materialize in the offspring. Cystic Fibrosis and Tays-Sachs are birth abnormalities which are inherited recessively.
Dominant inheritance – For this particular condition, only one parent needs a genetic defect for the irregularity to be passed on to a child. Achondroplasia and Marfan Syndrome are two examples of dominantly inherited genetic birth defects.
X-linked – This is the birth abnormality passed on by mothers to their sons. In this case, the defect affects only the X-chromosome. Males have only one X chromosome. In the case that the X chromosome was faulty, then the baby is most likely to be born with a genetic defect.
There are a wide range of birth defects. Some of the most common hereditary birth defects are the following:
Muscular Dystrophy – It is a muscle disease that causes the muscles to weaken. Such hereditary defect is inherited from the mother.
Tay-Sachs Disease – This disease affects the patient’s central nervous system. It can cause dementia, blindness and seizures. Such abnormality can be dangerous and fatal. If both the mother and the father have a faulty gene, their offspring has a 25% chance of being born with the disease.
Sickle Cell Anemia – This is a disorder of the red blood cells. This can cause pain, fatigue and other health complications. This defect is common among Latin-Americans and African-Americans. If both parents carry the gene, their child has a 25% chance of being born with the disease.
As mentioned above, genetic birth defects are hereditary in nature. However, if you want to make sure that your baby will come out healthy and normal, ensure a healthy lifestyle and diet throughout your pregnancy.

Ways to Conceive a Girl – Effective Tips to Have a Girl Naturally
Posted by in Pregnancy on September 12th, 2009
There are many different ways to conceive a girl which can be effective without having to go through medical treatments such as artificial insemination. In fact, you can significantly increase your chances of giving birth to a baby girl just by implementing the following methods which won’t cost you a dime. The following are natural tips to help you conceive the daughter you and your partner have always dreamed of.
It’s important to note that the gender of the baby is dependent on the male’s sperm as it carries the X chromosome. One crucial difference is that the female sperm is able to survive in highly acidic environments where the male sperm would not even stand a chance. This can easily be used to your advantage by increasing pH levels by douching prior to intercourse with a specialty recipe in addition to consuming foods high in magnesium such as green vegetables.
Another effective method that is commonly used is the Shettles method which states that the couple should make love several days prior to the start of the woman’s ovulating cycle. This increases the likelihood of having a girl as a majority of the male sperm will be eliminated by the time the egg is ready to be fertilized. Prediction kits are therefore essential tools to have in order to accurately determine when ovulation will occur.
The sexual position also matters as shallow penetration is encouraged in order to deposit the sperm closer to the vaginal entrance. In addition, the woman should avoid having an orgasm during intercourse as this increases alkaline levels which is what you do not want. Implementing these methods has worked for thousands of couples around the world but it’s important to remain patient throughout the process.

Ways to Conceive a Girl Naturally Using Gender Selection Methods That Work
Posted by in Pregnancy on September 9th, 2009
When it comes to ways to conceive a girl, there is nothing wrong with preferring one gender over the other. One of the biggest benefits about going through natural gender selection methods is the fact that you do not have to resort to expensive procedures such as artificial insemination. In fact, the following methods have proved successful for thousands of couples.
The sperm carrying the X chromosome will ultimately need to fertilize the egg in order to get pregnant with a girl. However, the female sperm is much hardier in acidic environments compared to the male sperm. Monitoring and increasing pH levels of the reproductive environment are therefore the first step to conceiving a girl.
Be sure to make use of vaginal test strips and to note any changes in pH on a regular basis either on a calendar or in a journal. Ways to increase acidic levels include using a specialty douche prior to intercourse which can be bought at health clinics. Consuming foods high magnesium such as spinach and broccoli also help to elevate pH levels.
Other gender selection methods include timing intercourse from 2 to 3 days prior to the start of the woman’s ovulation cycle. This reduces the likelihood that the male sperm are able to survive by the time the egg is ready to be fertilized. In addition to using vaginal pH testing strips, be sure to use ovulation prediction kits as well to further increase your chances.
When following this process, it’s important to be patient as once the egg is fertilized the baby’s gender is set. Be sure to work on increasing pH levels of the reproductive environment and to time intercourse several days prior to ovulation. Rather than paying for expensive treatments, these methods can work just as well if implemented correctly.
